"Your body tells your story. Awareness and Ecology of the Body" is a workshop aiming to explore a different way of perceiving our own body and its expressive potential. An invitation to place the body - this great unknown! - in the heart of our humanity, of our inner being, of our "Self", of our relationships and also to the pleasure of "la joie de vivre" (the joy of being alive)

The body is our first "home", as Yves Marc remarked when he created the Conscience et Écologie du Corps program based on awareness of the fundamentals of the body: breathing, tone, posture, look, touch, walking, sensory and other senses of the body.

Why not visit this our home from time to time? Do we really inhabit our own bodies?

Becoming conscious of our body through breathing, through moving, through the opening of the senses. Getting away from the premise “I think, therefore I am”. These are the objectives of the work that Paco Alfonsín Gergely proposed.
